How it works

Projects without any updates for a certain period of time may be considered at risk. Generate an email report of these projects.

  1. Authenticate to the API

  2. Collect a list of active projects

  3. Loop through the projects list and check if the last updated date is within acceptable limits

  4. Create targeted links to reference the identified idle projects

  5. Email a list of projects to a target user
