Sharing a Form

From the GlobalForms Designer home page, you can access shareable links for any Form or Resource. Click the View button next to the Form you wish to share and a new browser tab will open with the viewer link to the form.

Copy the link from the new tab's address bar to share access to the form.

Remember to set the appropriate access permissions to the form on the Access tab. If the Form is part of a GlobalCapture Workflow, permissions will be automatically assigned to the form based on the permissions set in the Validation Node of the Workflow.
