Opening GlobalAnalytics

From the GlobalSearch toolbar, in the Analytics Select menu, select the Analytics Portal that manages the Workflows that you are interested in.

The Analytics screen has several areas. One or three chart areas will appear, depending upon whether there is a Workflow selected which contains one or more Queue Nodes. To the right of those chart areas is the summation of key data.
