Email notifications are used to alert users that an update has been made to an Archive and Workflow. To receive email notifications, users must be either Windows® Active Directory (AD) users with email addresses attached to their usernames in the domain or Square 9 Users with email address attached.

- To delete an SMTP configuration, in the for the selected Email Notification Settings barSettings, delete the information in the Server, Port, Username, and/or and Password text boxes.
