The download package for CTS DirectConnect includes:
- CTS DirectConnect.msi - The installation file for the CTS DirectConnect utility. Users who need to install the tool should run this file on the workstation or server that will be performing imports.
- 6a3408d4-ad9e-4d05-83a7-a9c444f2ad71.s9n - A copy of the Node for use in environments that are not cloud hosted.
- 2.3.0.116_HOTFIX_20201208_1148.zip - The minimum GlobalCapture 2.3 update for use with CTS DirectConnect.
To install the CTS DirectConnect Utility, run the installation package CTS DirectConnect.msi. In most cases, default installation options may be used.
If desired, you may change the installation path.
On the settings screen, provide the details for your GlobalCapture environment.
The GlobalCapture API URL, Username, and Password would be provided in the original fulfillment email for your GlobalCapture environment. The URL will generally look like:
"https://capture-yourcompany.mysquare9.com/square9captureapi".
For demo installations, you may use "http://localhost/square9captureapi". Note that for demo or on-premise deployments, GlobalCapture 2.3.0.110 or greater is required.
Once installed, a new Windows Service for GlobalCapture CTS DirectConnect will be available and should be set to start automatically.
