Purchase Request

A PO form with linked resources, allowing for easy management of Vendors and Customers you are ordering from or ordering on behalf of.  The PO form is a great example of illustrating how powerful the GlobalForms 10 platform is.  It allows the user to choose to work in an ad-hoc or repetitive manner, and demonstrates the deployment of a maintainable application without the need for costly integrations.

Expense Report




A student add/drop form simplifies the initial intake of course change requests.  Most commonly used higher education, this form may be used as the starting point form more intricate multi-step approvals, or may be used as is.  Demo the form to get an email copy of the completed request.

A basic expense report form.  The expense report provides data entry for multiple expense line items, and summarizes amounts including Report Total, Total Due to Employee, and Total Billable to a Customer.  The expense report also include a mileage calculation based on IRS reimbursement rates and can easily be adjusted annually.
