GlobalCapture is the processing engine that ingests form submissions. Once GlobalCapture has picked up a submission, it creates the PDF based on your mapping and begins processing. Your GlobalCapture process can be as simple or as complex as required to meet any business need. At the most basic level, you can create a GlobalCapture process that involves just three nodes to generate documents from submissions.
- Drag an Import Node onto the designer surface. Be sure to choose GlobalForms as your import type, and select the GlobalForms Portal and Mapping for your form.
- Drag a Release Node onto the designer and specify an output location for the files.
- Drag an End Node onto the designer to end the process.
- Connect the nodes and Save the workflow as published.
