  1. To delete a database, click the More Options () icon in the selected database bar .
    Click and click Delete.



  2. Because this will delete the database from GlobalSearch and its Index Field data, enter it requires confirmation. Enter the displayed text in the Confirm Action prompt and click Delete.

When deleting a database, the database itself is not deleted from SQL Server, just access to the database through the GlobalSearch interface is removed. Use the desktop client to create a new database with the same name as the deleted database to restore access
