1. On the Field Catalog toolbar, click Lists. A list of any All existing Lists in the database will appear.
   To create

2. Click the Add (Image Added) button to create a new List, click the orange Add button found in the bottom right corner of the screen.
   
   
3. Enter a name for the new List in the List Name box.
   
   
4. Click the Add Value button and enter a value in the New Item box.
   
   
   1. To add more values to the List,
   repeat step four
   1. press the enter key to move to a new line in the list.
      
      
   2. To delete a value, click the Delete (minus sign) button to the left of the value.
