Delegate Views


When users that are not configured to completely control their own delegation (they are not their own Delegate Manager) but have the Allow Delegation feature enabled in their database permissions, when they log into GlobalSearch, they will see a Delegation tab in the GlobalSearch User Settings dialog box. They will only have the option to turn Delegation on or off. They will not have the ability to determine where their emails will be delegated to.

 


Delegate My Emails – User View without Manager Control


  1. To have emails forwarded, users must select DelegateMy Emails.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Note: A Delegation Manager must be assigned to any user who wants to have their Workflow emails forwarded. If the Allow Delegation checkbox has been enabled, the end user will see the Delegation tab, but Delegation will not work until a Manager is assigned.
