View Search Results
When you run an Archive Search, the results appear in the Search Results Pane. The record of any documents that meet your searching requirements and permissions restrictions will be displayed here. The pane has a Documents Menu Bar to perform a variety of document actions, a Search Results Document List containing all documents that meet your search requirements, and a Page Navigation Bar to control navigating through your search results. How these elements appear depends upon how your Search Results preferences are set, either for Grid View (the default) or Thumbnail View.
