Transporting Workflows

Beginning with GlobalCapture 2.1.1, users can now package and transport entire capture processes between system using migration tools built directly into the GlobalCapture administration interface.  The following components are all part of a workflow package:

• Workflows Definitions

• Fields

• Lists

• Table Fields

• Templates

• Template Groups

• Template Samples

• Square 9 Users

• GlobalForms Forms

• GlobalForms Resources

• GlobalForms Mapping Files

Accessing Migration Features

Import and Export packaged workflows from the Migration Tab in GlobalCapture Management.

Open

The default option is to Import.  Click the Export tab to export a workflow configured on this system.
