We have some clients who want to only show certain workflows in their Bizhub Connector Interface. This could be for a multitude of reasons, but usually for some form of compartmentalization.
Setting permissions for users to see (or not see) certain workflows is fairly easy and usually just a matter of some simple security adjustments in the GS Archive Security Interface.
