A database update is required with this release. Customers upgrading should completely understand the impact of this update. Do not proceed with any upgrade actions without first understanding the scope of such an upgrade in your environment. Documentation on the update may be found here.

Note

GlobalAction Customers Note

  • To upgrade on-premise environments connected to GlobalSearch, and in particular those with GlobalAction, a release update (version 106108) for GlobalSearch is required, and should be deployed PRIOR to upgrading Capture/Action.

  • If using Task Lists in GlobalSearch to expose Action Queues, users will need to reselect their Queues in the user setting panel.
