Warning:
Square 9 discourages the use of Cloud Bridge in environments where the customer does not have a static external IP address. Without this step, the connection between Square 9 and the customer can not be relied on as guaranteed available and should be expected to fail at some future statealways available. When that happens, failures are expected and Square 9’s cloud support team would need to retarget the connection to an updated IP address. This is likely to cause breaks in any processes leveraging the connection. If you have questions or concerns about static IP addresses, please contact support. |
